Like the Crosspointe Homes' logo, which symbolizes the ''crossing'' and intersections of life, the story of its founders is rooted in connection. Crosspointe Homes was founded on a shared vision for enriching lives through the places we live. The founding partners came together with a common purpose—to thoughtfully create new homes that offer functionality, modern living concepts, long-term value, and a simplified buying experience.
Before forming Crosspointe Homes, the founders collaborated on developing and building over 1,000 apartments across North Carolina and South Carolina. Experiencing firsthand how well their expertise and vision complemented each other, they shifted their focus to single-family and townhome communities—bringing the same attention to quality, design, and value to new for-sale homes.
Our First Neighborhoods
In 2017, the founders launched Crosspointe Homes starting with two Greensboro communities: Bridleton Ridge a 90-home single family community, and Cannon Crossing an 80-home townhome community. Both communities were exceptionally well received and sold out quickly, affirming the demand for homes that blend quality, style, modern living, and value.
Rooted in Community
The founders didn't just choose Greensboro as a place to build homes—they chose it as a place to build a life. As long-time residents and parents, they understand firsthand what makes a neighborhood thrive. That deep connection to the community is the heart behind every Crosspointe Homes development. The founding team remains dedicated to creating communities that enhance the places we live—not just today, but for generations to come. At Crosspointe Homes, building isn't just about homes; it's about strengthening the community they know, love, and proudly call home.
